I have tried other brands and nothing compare to Scotch-Brite. Don't waste your time or money trying other brands because you are going to end up using Scotch Brite anyway.

Product is great for general hand washing, stove top clean - up and tough spots. We dish wash sponge and extend life.

Smelly sponge

The last batch of sponges I bought smell after a few uses. I was able to keep my sponge months and only threw it out because I had it so long. Now it stinks all the time. I have always kept it in a hanger to dry between uses. Are you using a different type of sponge? I don't have a problem with the ability to clean with it or the scrub coming off. Just the smell.

Scotch-Brite pads falling apart

This is the second time that we have gotten these pads and they started to fall apart. The first time the sponges fell apart in one to uses. This time the green pads are falling away from the sponges after one use. Not going to get them again, W always had good luck with them in the past but not any more, sorry that we threw the box that they came in away as we do not have the id code on them.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
