We use Scotch brite sponges almost everywhere that requires cleaning, like the kitchen, bathroom, even on my car. I love that they are durable enough to clean our chicken coop without falling apart and gentle enough to clean our counter and dishes with out scratching the surface. My mom always swore by Scotch brite when I was growing up and now my family does too!

We could not live without Heavy Duty Scrub Sponges in our house! We've always got them on hand. We use them everyday for dishes and for cleaning countertops and bathrooms. This is the best all-purpose sponge on the market!

My favorite kitchen cleaner

This is a must have in my kitchen. I don't do anything else - I won't do without it. I ran out a while ago and my family thought I was nuts I had to stop what I was doing and go to the store to get a new one.
I have stainless steel cookware and this is the only thing I use on it. Soak for a few minutes and than go at it with my sponge - can't live with out my heavy duty sponge.
I now keep a few under my sink so I never run out again

I moved into my first apartment in 1972. On my first shopping trip I bought Scotch Brite scouring pads.
In all the time that has passed since then, many products have come and gone. But Scotch Brite scouring pads have always been in my kitchen.
If I heard that they were going to be discontinued, I would buy every one I saw so I would never be without them.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We have been using the Scotch-Brite Heavy Duty scrub sponge for several months now. We bought a multiple pack and put one in the kitchen and one in the bathroom. It is amazing that all you have to do is throw them in the washer and they are as good as new. They are both "taking a lickin and they keep on cleaning." Thanks Scotch-Brite for such a great product that is awesome on the wallet!
