I did not check for all 4 rubber feet when I took it off the shelf. Gasoline @$4.25/ Gallon I did not take it back. I made do with field expedient modification. My own fault. The rack is a great addition to a project desk to keep jobs sorted out.

Each unit was missing 1 or 2 rubber tips on the bottom. Without these the item is not stable and scrapes the surface on which it sits.
