This is okay but just okay because it has no rubber feet. Luckily I have some leftovers available from wire shelving otherwise this thing would scratch my desk which is NOT okay.

I am a realtor that needs access to files during the day. This file holder is stable and the width is wide enough to keep the flies from falling out. Each section holds a number of files and the base is very stable. I own 4 of these and would recommend them.
