We bought these so that we could file a years worth of credit card statements with the reconciled receipts. They expand to just the right size and it keeps everything very organized. Before we had the issue that the envelopes of receipts that were attached to the statement would fall off and slide out of the folder they were in. Because this has sides we don't have to worry about anything falling out. I would highly recommend if you have bulky paperwork that you need to keep together.

These expanding files are sturdy and hold together when pushed to their limits. They are perfect for filing and storing - easy to archive with as well since it is easy to write on them and identify them instantly. I consider these expanding files a staple in the office.

We use these every year for our end of the year filing. They fit nicely into the banker boxes for easy storage.

These Staples Expanding File Folders are so convenient they help us keep all our our documents extremely organized and neat in our filing cabinets. The expandable side are great because our files always vary in size. They are also very durable. Many times when we close old file we re-use the expandable files they have very minimal wear and tear from being carried around and shoved in and out of our filing cabinets.
