If you have documents in binders the contents easily transfer to these expanding pocket files. They are also good when you want to have ready access to bulky files without needing hanging file folders. Very happy with product and use them all the time.

Staples® Expanding File Pockets Letter 5 1/4" Expansion 10/Pack- Love this over the "name brand." They are just as great (if not better) then the Pendaflex® Antimicrobial File Pocket Letter 5 1/4" Expansion 10/Pack. The Staples brand is at a much lower/cheaper price point and definitely more affordable compared to the "name brand." I do believe that both of the brands have the same features/key points/aspects that we look for when selecting our accordion files and for a cheaper price I will from now on always choose the Staples brand!

I have used these for years to stay organized in the office. Large but sizes according to the amount you have to put in each one. Will continue to use them. For me they more than serve the purpose. Love this size.
