I recommend Staples brochure size literature holders for your tri-fold brochures. You can also put a business card holder in front of the literature holder.

In the store this literature holder sat humbly among the other plastic and metal desktop tools but what caught my eye was how little noise it made when I picked it up. Maybe I just couldn't hear it because a screaming baby was in the same aisle at the time. Once I got it to work the set up was amazingly easy once I realized I had to fold the letter sized flyers BEFORE I put them in. Its not adjustable - bummer. This was OK because I folded them the same way for when I stuff envelopes and they slipped right in. It does defy gravity! When I place the hole at the top over a picture hanger on the wall it stays there quietly operating - displaying and distributing. Good thing since there is no desk or table nearby.
