I have outside Information Table. I've tried other literature holders. The base allowed me to clamp it to the table and the literature was protected from the breeze.

I got it for when I do Thirty-one parties. Before my mini catalogs would just sit out on the table. I have quite a few items to show so didn't want to take up much room with my mini catalogs. This makes them easier to see and they take less space. It also protects the mini catalogs from damage during transit. It also makes them easier to find between parties when I store them away.

Handy for Handouts

This is a handy unit that I often use to hold handouts and rack cards at trade shows. I have had many of them. That is the problem. They crack or get scratched easily and since you want to have a professional appearance you have to replace them. They are a good value when they are on sale but that is not often.

Handy Tool

In the store this literature holder sat humbly among the other plastic and metal desktop tools but what caught my eye was how little noise it made when I picked it up. Maybe I just couldn't hear it because a screaming baby was in the same aisle at the time. Once I got it to work the set up was amazingly easy once I realized I had to fold the letter sized flyers BEFORE I put them in. Its not adjustable - bummer. This was OK because I folded them the same way for when I stuff envelopes and they slipped right in. It does defy gravity! When I place the hole at the top over a picture hanger on the wall it stays there quietly operating - displaying and distributing. Good thing since there is no desk or table nearby.
