I buy these to put brochures in at Doctor's offices to bring patients to our Pulmonary Hypertension Support Group Meetings. They hold quite a few of my fliers & bring attention to patients who are looking for friends with the same disease as they have.

I was looking for something to hold my phone while it charged. This was the perfect item to give me a little more space on my clustered desk. I did thy a different item that calmed it was 4-1/2 inches wide but it was really only 4-1/16 inches.
