[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] During the recent tax-free period prior to the commencement of the school year, I purchased two boxes, each containing 64 crayons, with the intention of providing one box for my child and retaining the other for my personal use. Regrettably, both boxes inadvertently fell while being transported in a bag, resulting in their contents becoming mixed. Upon examination, I discovered a discrepancy in the colors between the two boxes. My box contained two distinct colors, namely, violet red and sky blue, while my child's box had a different color, red violet. Although it may seem trivial, it is important to note that violet red and red violet are two distinct shades. This discrepancy caused distress to my child, who expressed a desire to possess all the different colors. While I had genuinely believed that the contents of each box were identical, it became evident that this was not the case. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter.
