We understand that you expect better out of your OtterBox products, but this is definitely surprising to hear. Are you using this charger with one of our made for MagSafe cases on your iPhone? If not, do you notice the same level of charge to your device when you remove that case? Please also make sure the cord it properly plugged into the 3-in-1 Charging Station and your wall outlet. We'd be more than happy to help get to the bottom of this for you though. This is a great charger. Heavy, strong magnet for MagSafe, relatively compact for my nightstand. Nice long power cord, and having power adapter included is nice. My previous charger required me to use my Apple Watch charger because it did include one - the watch charger is built into this one. It charges my phone (iPhone 14 Pro) very quickly. It has worked very well for me.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love this OtterBox 3-in-1 charging station for beside my bed! I am able to charge my phone, watch, and ear buds all easily with the MagSafe technology. My only wish is that more phone cases came with the MagSafe technology!

Quality product, just like all Otterbox products that I have purchased. It charges three devices at once, and in less time than if they were plugged into a charging cable. It holds the phone in place securely and at an angle that you can use the phone on a table while it is charging.
