NICE MACHINE, EXCEPT THAT WHEN I PUSH THE OPEN BUTTON FOR THE DRAWER, IT OPENS AND THEN IMMEDIATELY CLOSES. I NEED THE DRAWER TO STAY OPEN..........

Microwave display frozen and stuck

Heating function works, but no other message will show on microwave digital display. Clock does not work, heating time does not show, etc. Display is frozen and shows 9:0-

Heating works but no messages will show on the digital screen because of the stuck symbol above
