New England Patriots Headcover Does Not Fit

Patriot Headcover that I just received recently from Taylor Made does not fit over my Taylor Made Spider putter head. Taylor Made should had indicated which putter heads it would fit over !
I am very disappointed with this situation! Please advise as to Taylor Made remedy to resolve this untenable issue.
