I ordered this detector for my son as his first detector. I ordered this machine for it's multi frequency ability and ease of use. He loves it and it's ease of use. The best part is it's rechargeable, the downfall is it's not waterproof.

I got the Ace Apex for the MF Salt setting. I love to hunt at the beaches and this unit definitely stands out! It cuts out the “chatter” that my other Ace units make on the Beaches! Now when the Apex sounds off, I KNOW it’s worth digging! Found my First gold coin with it! I love the Z Link !! No More cords !! Thanks Garrett!!

I purchased the Apex as my first detector because of the multi-frequency ability. I've been having a blast for the last couple years with all my finds. I don't understand why the Apex hasn't been pushed by Garrett more than they have!! It's great!

I bought is around a month ago . I like it probably going to buy another at the end of may for my boy . If he gets honor roll . The only thing I don’t like is the chattering

I used friend of mines first and then bought this same one. I love it. It has lots of customizable features and options. It's fairly light weight. Easy to see in sunlight. You can't go wrong with this.

Garrett Apex Metal Detector and Garrett Service.

Hello, my name is Mike and I love Garrett Apex - Multi- Frequency Metal Detectors. I have two of them. I had a little bit of trouble when I downloaded update. However. I admit, I'm a hands-on type of person and have to see it to learn it, I have 15 Metal I halve of them are Garretts. .Anyone who does not like their products and service are mistaken. I have sent 4 or 5 of my Garretts to Texas and Millie and the bunch are just "Awesome" folks, I known they will do it right and are very kind and helpful. I would always recommend their products and service. If you have one of their product and are having problems, call them, and they will help you.
