Refill changes consistency when put in the pump

I don't know what has happened since the pandemic but when I refill the pump the foaming product changes to a cloudy color which does not go away. It no longer suds well either. I though it was just a bad refill I purchased so got another and the same thing happens. Terrible product now. I won't be buying again.

COVED-19 HAS BEEN WITH US NOW 4 MONTHS, AS A MFG OF DIAL SOAP YOU WOULD THINK YOU COULD SUPPLY WALMART,WALGREENS, AND THE MANY OTHER STORES YOU SELL TO. I HAVE MOVED ON TO OTHER PRODUCTS THAT I CAN BUY OFF THE SHELF NOW.YOU ARE LOSING FAITHFUL CUSTOMERS AT AN ALARMING RATE, I BEING ONE OF THEM.WHO EVER GETS THIS MESSAGE PLEASE FORWARD TO THE CEO OF DIAL. Good smell and moisturizing.

Has a very pleasant smell and doesn't damage skin after a lot of washes. I would like to know the 99.9% of bacteria that it kills and if it's effective against viruses such as the flu and if it's effective against pseudomonas.

barely foams mostly water

I purchased last week, a refill foaming antbacterial hand soap. I refilled the bottle I use and had to throw it out it was shooting water. So I refilled it and it barely foams almost all water.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I tried this product for free in exchange for my honest opinion. This is a wonderful foaming hand soap from Dial. It's easy to pump and its antibacterial foam lathers very thoroughly. I find the scent to be very soothing and I love that it's great tough on grease and stubborn dirt. The bottle looks great with my bathroom décor and I'm pretty find of its size as well.
I would recommend this to a friend!

I love the way it smells
very easy to use doesn't leave your hands dry like some other products do
I would recommend this product to everyone young and old
i wish they sold it in refills so you can refill the bottle in came in
