Phone works well with my hearing losses. We purchased the phone believing the ringer volume would be up to 50db, and hoping I would then be able to hear it ringing when I was not wearing aids at night. Unfortunately, we misinterpreted the product advertising by not clearly understanding that your use of "volume" applies to voice settings and not to ringer settings.

Cannot increase up to 10 the number of rings before the
unit answers a call (limited to 7)
