This is exactly as shown and described in the website. I am super happy with it. The hooks are strong enough to hold a large bath sheet towel. I love the small shelf above. This goes perfectly in my bathroom and adds a lovely whimsical touch - so much nicer than another boring brushed nickel towel rod. Very happy with my purchase.
