Little too big for my ears. Fall out a lot. However, when they stay on, it has great sound.

Thanks for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Kassie. We understand how important a comfortable and secure fit is to your overall experience, especially for enjoying the great sound quality they offer. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. If you have any questions or concerns, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

Hey Charlie! Thank you for sharing your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3. We totally understand how frustrating it can be when buds don’t stay put while you work. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type which means they don’t have tips. To help them fit better, make sure to check the directional marks at the bottom. Pop the R bud in your right ear and the L bud in your left. It might take a moment to find that perfect angle, but once you do, they should feel more secure. If you angle the microphone towards your mouth while ensuring they fit comfortably by rotating them a bit, they can feel much more stable. Your comfort is super important to us, so please adjust them until they feel just right. We hope you continue to enjoy the great features of the Galaxy Buds3. Disappointed with the product.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The only thing I enjoy about the buds is the seemless connection. Other then that, im not fond of the touch controls or the way they feel when wearing them. They are extremely uncomfortable( even with the different ear inserts) not to mention and don't sound very good. Overall I wouldn't recommend this product to anyone.

The sound on the Galaxy Buds is great! However, the buds do not fit snuggly in my ear, and will fall out from time to time with movement.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Pete! We're glad you love the sound quality. We completely understand your concern about the fit. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds without ear tips, it can take a bit of adjusting to find that perfect fit. To ensure they sit snugly in your ears, start by placing the right bud (marked with an R) in your right ear and the left bud (marked with an L) in your left ear. Make sure the marks are facing you. A little tip: angle the bud slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth. You can also try rotating the buds slightly forwards or backwards until they feel secure. Give this a shot and we're sure you'll find that perfect fit that keeps them in place even with movement! Hi there! We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3. We completely understand that finding the perfect fit is essential for enjoying your audio experience. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds, they don’t come with traditional ear tips, which can feel quite different if you're used to canal-type earbuds. To help ensure they stay secure, we recommend checking the directional marks on the bottom of each bud. Make sure to insert the R bud into your right ear (with the R facing you) and the L bud into your left ear (with the L facing you). This positioning is crucial! Additionally, angling the microphone slightly towards your mouth rather than straight down can enhance both fit and voice clarity during calls. While wearing the buds, feel free to adjust by rotating them forwards and backwards until it feels just right. A little tweaking can really make all the difference! We hope you continue to enjoy your buds, and thanks again for your review! The sound quality would be better if they actually fit in my ears! Gonna trade these in for the pro version since I have the tips option on those.

Hey Amirah! We really appreciate you taking the time to share your experience with the Galaxy Buds3! It sounds like you’re getting to know them well. We understand that adjusting to a new style can be a bit of a learning curve, especially since these buds are designed as open-type, which gives you that more natural, connected feel while listening. When you’re trying to get the perfect fit, just remember to check for those directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds—you’ll find the L and R indicators. It’s all about placing the R bud in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L in your left ear with the L facing you, just as you described. And you’re spot on about angling the blade slightly! This really helps with the microphone’s positioning so that your voice comes through clearly. We want you to enjoy every moment with your Galaxy Buds3, so if you have any further concerns or questions, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. We’re here to help make your listening experience as enjoyable as possible. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
