I love the open design! It fits my ears much better and does not fall out.

Great sound, not too good craftsmanship

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just got a brand new Galaxy buds 3, the sound is just amazing, unfortunately they feel cheap, plastic used to make case and buds is pretty bad.

Sadly a bad experience!!

It is pretty sad what Samsung has become, I waited three weeks to receive the headset and they were late, once I got them to be super honest they felt cheap compared to other brands for the price, and the sound was not outstanding at all as they promised, you have to play with the settings to make them sound better, the pathetic part was that once I had to charge them one of them didn't hold charge, so I got a hold of Samsung support to get a replacement where they denied me a replacement and on top of that I had to pay full price to reorder instead of what I originally spent. The agent ended up dropping the call so I'm done with Samsung

They sound good but they don't stay in ear. Overall they're the worse earbuds I've owned!

Sound quality is amazing. But the fitment isn't what I expected. I prefer the buds live fitment. The buds 3 feels like they're going to fall out my ears. And they also don't fit as snug as the live. Good headphones none the less
They do not fit properly in my ears, also the right side dies faster then the left side. As well as inconsistent charging
