I had high hopes for the Galaxy Buds3 (Silver), but they’ve been a huge letdown. The fit feels incredibly insecure—like they’re always about to slip out of my ears, no matter how I adjust them. It’s distracting and makes me hesitant to use them for anything beyond sitting still.
The biggest dealbreaker? No ambient mode. I didn’t realize how much I relied on it until it was gone. Without it, I constantly have to take them out just to hear my surroundings, which makes them far less practical. I find myself going back to my Buds2 Pro just for that feature alone.
What makes this worse is that I can’t even exchange them for the Buds3 Pro since Samsung considers them the same "class." If I had known, I would have spent a little more upfront to get the features I actually need. Unfortunately, I’m stuck with a product that feels like a downgrade. Very disappointed.

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback about the Galaxy Buds3. We appreciate your loyalty to the Galaxy Buds lineup and are grateful for your detailed insights. Regarding the fit, the Galaxy Buds3 is designed with a universal in-ear design to accommodate a variety of users, but we understand that fit preferences can vary. Ensuring proper alignment by checking the directional markings (L for left and R for right) and gently rotating the earbuds into position can help improve stability. We also noted your reliance on Ambient mode in previous models and understand how its absence in the Galaxy Buds3 impacts you. Features like Ambient mode add significant convenience by allowing users to stay aware of their surroundings without needing to remove the earbuds. In this lineup, the Buds3 Pro does offer Ambient mode. We sincerely appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts. If there’s anything we can assist you with, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

I do not recommend the Galaxy Buds3!

The design of this product causes them to easily fall out of my ears. I have tried all the tips and tricks Samsung has listed for this product with no success. They fall out when I tilt my head forward no matter how they have been positioned in my ears.

Thank you for sharing your honest thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Tÿff! We understand that adapting to the design can take some time, and we're here to guide you through it! The Galaxy Buds3 features an open-type design instead of traditional canal-type earphones, which means they do not have earbud tips. To get the best experience, place them in your ears and look for the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds, which display an L for the left bud and an R for the right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. It’s also helpful to angle the microphone on the bud slightly so that it points towards your mouth for optimal sound quality. You can adjust the fit by gently rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel just right. We hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro! Thank you for sharing your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Manny. We understand that having them fall out while walking can be frustrating. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than traditional canal types, which provides a more comfortable and natural listening experience without the need for earbud tips. To achieve the best fit, we recommend placing them correctly in your ears. Start by checking the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks, looking for the L and R symbols. The R bud should be inserted into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. It’s helpful to angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can also adjust them by rotating them forwards and backwards until you find the perfect fit. Many users appreciate this distinct design, and finding that comfortable position can sometimes take a little time. If you experiment with the angle and position, we hope you’ll find them more secure for your active lifestyle. Hey Ivan! Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3! It’s great to get your feedback. The Buds3 were specifically crafted as open-type buds instead of traditional canal types, which truly enhances your freedom and comfort. By design, they don’t come with earbud tips, allowing for a more natural listening experience. To get the best audio tailored just for you, you’ll love the Adaptive Equalizer feature with Galaxy AI. It adjusts the sound based on how you wear the Buds, ensuring you can enjoy amazing audio quality no matter how they fit in your ears. Whether you’re on-the-go or relaxing at home, immersive sound is always within reach! Setting them up is super easy: simply place the buds in your ears, verify the directional marks on the bottom of each earbud—an ‘L’ for left and an ‘R’ for right. Make sure the 'R' faces you in your right ear and the 'L' does the same in your left. A little tip: angling the microphone towards your mouth will enhance clarity when you're on calls. Feel free to rotate the buds slightly forward or backward until you find a fit that feels just right for you. We hope you enjoy every moment with your Galaxy Buds3! Good earbuds but wish it had better support for staying in the ears. They keep coming out so I will have to buy a cover which has to be removed before putting to charge; which is annoying.
