[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Im sure that these buds are great but my problem is the do not fit in my ears, I will return them and keep my Buds2. I was excited to use the AI feature and get used to the new design but I was tremendously underwhelmed.

The new features of the earphones I'm very happy with when I hear the sounds coming from the earbuds I feel like I'm actually inside the video.

Keep falling off your ears, even when your not moving. You'll end up breaking them or losing them. Had to return them.
