Kinda disappointing

I really wanted to love these since they're designed more like airpods than other galaxy buds models, but alas, like most ear buds, they just won't stay in my ears. The sound is good, but it's not consistent. Sometimes I feel like they're crazy loud and I have to turn them way down. Other times I have to turn them all the way up to hear. The controls don't make a ton of sense. I'm just overall pretty disappointed. I absolutely LOVE Samsung, but Airpods are superior. They're they only earbuds that ever actually stayed in my ears :(
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Since the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, they offer a unique and comfortable fit without earbud tips. It’s important to ensure you’re inserting them correctly for optimal performance. Be sure to check for the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds; you’ll see an L and an R. Make sure the R bud fits snugly in your right ear with the R facing you, and the L in your left ear, also facing you. A handy tip is to slightly angle the blade so that the microphone points towards your mouth, which can enhance voice clarity during calls. We encourage you to adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel just right for you. This little tweak can make a big difference! [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I use these ear buds at least 20 hours per week. I have had alot of different ear buds over the past few years and these are my favorite I've had. They have very good clear sound and they are just loud enough. I'm not sure if it makes a difference being I use them with my Samsung phone and they might be netter for that reason I'm not positive. But I would rate them very good.
