The right headphone doesn't work and doesn't charge

Great earbuds.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds work seamlessly with my ultra 22. The noise canceling feature is by far the best. I work in a loud environment but yet have to talk to folks on the phone and they cannot hear where I'm at. These earbuds have also replaced my high-end noise canceling headphones while traveling on the plane. I tend to also wear them so much that I also put them down and from time to time we'll misplace them but define device makes it easy for me to locate. The seamless action between all the apps and the functionality of how my phone and earbuds interact is amazing.

Buds are too big for my ears. I read that my buds should have come with some item to make them fit more securely but didn't. I bought silicon ear covers which left on the buds the ability to charge the buds but that didn't happen. I can use them as I sit at my desk though sometimes they fall out. I can't wear them outside because of this issue. It would be nice if manufactures would make devices that will fit women instead of using men as the standard. I will keep the expensive buds though they don't fit and I don't want to wear wired buds. Very disappointing

We designed the Galaxy Buds3 as open-type buds, which offers a more natural feel without ear tips, unlike canal-type earbuds. To get the best experience, it’s important to insert them correctly. Remember to check the bottom of each bud for the directional marks—‘L’ for the left ear and ‘R’ for the right. When placing them in your ears, angle the blade slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth. This small adjustment can really enhance audio clarity. We also encourage you to experiment by rotating the buds forwards and backwards until the fit feels just right for you. Everyone’s ears are unique, and finding that perfect position will help you enjoy the superior comfort and sound quality the buds provide. Great Sound with downsides I love how they sound but every few minutes I have to push them back into my ears. My FE buds did not have this issue, ever.

It sounds like you’re still getting used to the fit, which is totally understandable. Just a quick reminder that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they don’t have earbud tips. To get the best experience, make sure to place them correctly in your ears: check the bottom for the L and R directional marks. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Also, don't forget to angle the blade slightly so the microphone points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can rotate the buds forwards and backwards as needed until you find that perfect fit. This should help with any challenges you’re having with them staying in place.
