I didn't have any allergies to the older Samsung earbuds. But I don't know why I have such an allergy to this version. I've been suffering from dry ears and itching since I bought these earbuds 3 months ago, and I don't wear them for long time. I don't use them for more than an hour a day
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Was Okay at first, Not anymore.

They worked great for the first two- three months. However, they started to have connectivity issues with the buds to the case charging. Then there were problems with the mic, until that started working all together. Along with the sound reducing slowly not working. I tried taking it to the repair shop, but even after cleaning it, it was still having problems and they don't have replacement parts for them. And contacting support, I would have had to mail it in instead of getting replacements.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Sound quality
on August 19, 2025

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The sound of bud is to high pitch and squeak at times. The buds wont charge at times even if the case is fully charge. And I wish its has better commands then just change volume. Sometimes I need to skip my music or end a call. The bud are horrible for calls, because I still need my phone to act as my microphone. So bad I end up having to ditch my ear buds.

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. We've noted your concerns about the sound quality, commands, and charging. If you find that the earbuds are too high-pitched, we recommend checking out the equalizer settings in the Wearable app. This feature allows you to customize the sound to better suit your preferences. Additionally, the Galaxy Buds3 offer more control options than just swiping to change the volume. You can use the pinch control for several functions, such as playing or pausing your song, answering or ending a call, skipping to the next song, or going back to the previous song. For charging and microphone concerns, please check out the link at the end of this response for troubleshooting options. If you have any further questions or need assistance, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshooting/TSG01111323/ (mic) https://www.samsung.com/us/support/troubleshoot/TSG10000013/#samsung-earbuds-dont-charge smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
I received the Galaxy Buds 3 in good packaging and have been using them for the past month. They are really nice, especially with the 360-degree sound turned on. The call quality and Bluetooth connectivity are excellent. I really like them and have paired them with my Samsung S25 Ultra. Thank you, Samsung!

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Mikey. We understand that it can be frustrating if your buds are not charging. To help improve the situation, we recommend checking both the earbuds and the case for any visible damage. It’s also a good idea to ensure that the charging contacts are clean and free of debris. You can try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the case for about 10 seconds before removing them. If that doesn’t do the trick, please check your charging cable, adapter, or power source to ensure everything is working correctly. Additionally, make sure the earbuds are seated properly in the case for optimal charging. We appreciate your feedback and hope these tips help you enjoy your music again! If you need further assistance with this, please be sure to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
