This version doesnt have adjustable ear gels which causes them to regularly fall out of my ears. Also learned that the translate function doesnt work with my older samsung phone (s10e)

We understand that you have concerns regarding the earbuds falling out, and that the AI features are not compatible with your Galaxy S10E. To help, we've added a link that shows all the devices we have that are compatible with Galaxy AI. As far as the fit, we understand that the new design of the Buds3 may take some users some time to get used to since they don't have our traditional bud tips. To achieve the best fit, make sure to check the bottom of the earbuds for the directional marks – you’ll find an ‘L’ and an ‘R’ clearly indicated. To get started, insert the R bud into your right ear with the ‘R’ facing towards you, and do the same for the L bud in your left ear. Additionally, remember to angle the mic slightly towards your mouth instead of pointing it straight down. This adjustment can really enhance sound quality. You can also rotate the buds a bit forwards and backwards to find that perfect fit that feels just right for you. They are really bad staying in place, they falls super easy all the time... I don't like them at all.. I prefer old ones I have the first ones and they are still great after like 5 years

Love these buds. Was a buds live user and I dont like to have in ear canal buds. This works well for me.

Not great ear buds

I got these over a year ago, after a few weeks of using the right bud began dying super quick and then later the charging case wouldnt work to charge the bud. I replaced them since they were under warranty, and then the new ones had a problem with a loud popping noise when using noise cancelation. So again, I replaced those for a new one and I'm on my 3rd pair... would not recommend.
