Can't keep in my ear, lack of seal affects otherwise good sound and noise cancellation. I don't recommend this product unless you can check for fit before you purchase. It is the only Samsung product that has disappointed me. It was an add on for a new phone and unfortunately not a good value.

It's great to hear from you, Rob. We appreciate you taking the time to share your thoughts about the Galaxy Buds3! We want them to have a better experience than they've had so far. When wearing their Buds3, we understand that the new tipless design may take some time for some people to get used to. When they wear their buds, they should check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. They will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into the right ear with the R facing them. Insert the L bud into the left ear with the L facing them. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards their mouth rather than straight down. They can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right. We truly appreciate your feedback and hope these tips enhance your experience with the Buds3! I upgraded to the buds 3 from the galaxy buds live and I absolutely love them. They are very comfortable. They have great sound quality and the trade in offer was amazing. I am happy that they have wireless charging.
I would recommend this to a friend!

A Big Upgrade

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I had been using the Galaxy Buds Pro for about 2 years, and after upgrading to the GalaxyBuds 3, I can confident say that they're the best earbuds I've ever purchased. The features are great, and useful. I love using the voice control, and the noise canceling features. I also love how easy it is to change the volume along with playing and pausing what I am listening to using the new blade on the earbuds. Connecting the buds to my laptop is made easier thanks to the pairing button on the bottom of the case. The new design is refreshing and sleek. The audio quality is of course as great as it's ever been and I have no complaints. They really knocked it out of the park this year, and I'm excited to see where they go from here.
