It’s the worst AirPods have been purchased? You don’t fit in my ears and they don’t connect properly to the phone. It’s waste of money properly.

Thanks for taking the time to share your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Nithin. We noticed that you may be having some difficulty trying to get your buds to fit and stay connected. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right. We'd like to gather some additional information regarding the connection. Thanks to Galaxy AI, the sound adapts to wherever I am, whether it's a noisy café or a quiet office. They fit securely and are sweat-resistant, making them perfect for my morning jogs. During work, the calls are crystal clear with the enhanced microphone and noise reduction. Galaxy AI reads out my notifications on the go, and the long battery life means I hardly ever need to recharge. In the evenings, they provide great sound for music and movies with easy touch controls. These buds offer convenience, excellent sound, and smart features that fit seamlessly into my life.

Horrible fit great noise cancelation

I thought I would of loved these headphones. The noise cancelation is awesome. But the fit is terrible. These headphones hurt my ear and doesn't stay in well. I'm coming from the galaxy buds live.

I just bought them,and oh boy, they are just super amazing.i wait in the Samsung store like 3 hours just to get them I wasn't so happy waiting so long but let me tell you I don't regret it because they worth it.

Sound is good. Controls are easy. Fit is awful. Would not even attempt to wear these while working out. Tend to randomly fall out. Really annoying for the exhorbitant price.
