Good but quickly wearing out

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] When I first open them brand new, the left earbud did not connect and wouldn't until letting them die then repairing to phone.
After having them for only 2 months the left ear bud would sound funny. The noise canceling feature sounded like static and wouldn't balance to my right side. The in-ear detection the seem to stop working. Now they both don't sound correct. The left ear bud sounds blown out or super static even though I don't listen to these loud at all. The right earbud doesn't detect my ears sometimes and sounds quiet. Also the right earbud makes a loud ringing noise when I turn on noise canceling which makes them sound awful.
I will say I love the fit to my ears and when they did work perfect, they were absolutely amazing. It's the only samsung earbud that fits in my ear and stays perfectly. I just wish they didn't fall apart so easily (especially so soon after 2 months).

Great product

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have always enjoyed my Galaxy Buds. And these are no different. My only concern is with the redesign that they're going to fall out of my ears. Unlike the Bud lives that I used to have, I tend to Veer away from the ones with the rubber tips, because I have a narrow ear canal, and the rubber tips have gotten stuck in my ears before.

Not so good

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. These earbuds are designed to provide clear sound, smart connectivity, and lightweight comfort. They are open-type earbuds, meaning they don’t have in-ear tips. To start, just place them in your ears. Look at the bottom of each earbud for the L and R markings: insert the R earbud into your right ear with the R facing outward, and do the same for the L in your left ear. Tilt the earbuds slightly so the microphone at the bottom faces your mouth instead of straight down. You can fine-tune the fit by rotating the earbuds forward or backward until comfortable. Your feedback on fit and connection stability is valuable and helps guide future improvements to better serve a wider range of users. Nice rich sound not best fit in ear
