Your feedback helps us evaluate charging performance across various usage patterns and environments. If one or both of your Galaxy earbuds aren't charging or turning on, the problem could be with the earbuds or the charging case itself. Using a charger not approved by Samsung might cause charging issues, and the earbuds could be damaged. Try fully charging the case, checking the earbuds for damage, or restarting them. Comfortable and functional

Microphone not working on both buds3. After 1 year

After using the buds3 for about a year, the microphone on both buds doesn't work. I reset them but it didn't fix the problem. Great sound but when I make calls, people can not hear me. I'll try another brand.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

I thoroughly enjoy these buds

Great sounding with strong bass

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Great ear buds that have a very strong bass. I use them to listen to music and watch videos. They also pair with my phone well and augment the phones galaxy ai. I use the noise reduction on planes and it really helps!
