Features removed from previous generations

Compared to previous generations (I have had Galaxy Buds, Buds+, and Buds 2), the Buds 3 were disappointing, especially at their list price point. The Buds simply would not stay in my ears. The case does not have wireless charging, which all my previous models had. My previous buds had ambient sound, which is reserved for the pro model on the Buds 3. While I appreciated the attempt to have the microphone closer to be able to pick up speech better by having stems, I miss the fit and feel of previous generations. Pinching the stem is awkward compared to previous touch controls. The sound quality was admittedly good, for the short time I used them.
In short, they took away features I loved, increased the price, and the new features don't make up for what was lost.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I've had these for several months and I adore them. The voice command setting my absolute fav. So if I dont have my hands free I can still control my headphones. Like a pause if someone starts talking to me or a song change even answering the phone and a few short words gets the job done . I accidentally dropped one of them in some water I let it dry out and it still works perfect. I wouldn't recommend doing that but I was amazed and so thankful that they still worked. I was crushed for a few days because I thought I had ruined them but nope surprisingly like brand new. Also the in ear detection is great if I remove one it pauses and will continue playing as soon as I put it back in my ear. Comfortable fit in my ears. Love them

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I'd never considered wireless ear buds before, but these are superb and the audio is so clear. I use them for Zoom meetings and have had zero problems with clarity both hearing and speaking. Great for using at the gym also!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds and how I dont need to use my hands to control my music I can say "play music" and my Spotify Playlist starts i can say volume up or down and the volume adjust. They are super helpful especially when i got my hands occupied. Best buds for busy people highly recommend

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These galaxy buds 3 sound amazing, 10/10, they were worth every penny they sound way better than airpods 4, have way more bass compared to them and overall clarity is superior. The only con I know of is if you have oily ears you won't really get that amazing bass, everything else is still good aside from that.
