Ear buds sound nice, but they do not fit in my ear very well. They are loose and tend to fall out and beacuse they are loose, the noise cancelling feature does not work very well at all. I am a little disappointed because I haven't been able to find a cover for the ear bus that will help them fit in my ear better.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Holls. We understand how important it is to have a good fit, especially to enjoy the noise cancellation feature fully. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, they do not have ear tips like traditional canal earbuds. To use them, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of each bud for the directional markings, which indicate the left and right. Insert the right bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and do the same with the left bud in your left ear. You can adjust the fit by rotating them forward or backward until they feel comfortable. The Buds let me know who's calling in the moment and helps me answer or decline the call if I'm busy
It reads my text messages and the sound quality alone is outstanding
Listening to music with the 360 audio is breathtaking, love that you can ajust them to your liking if you wanna hear speech clearly

Great first step

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are amazing. Samsung never disappoints!! These things have the best sound and noise canceling. The case isn't to bulking easy to fit in your pocket. I work in a warehouse picking and packing and the galaxy buds3 work perfect for working there. They won't fall out or feel like they're falling out. Easy to answer/end calls with a touch to the stem. Need the volume up or down? Just swipe your thumb up or down. Hear that little clicking? Oh yeah! Thats letting you know that you are changing the volume. These things are perfect I love them. Thank you samsung!!!!
