Not so great

I purchased these buds about 3 months ago and the left earbud doesn't hold a charge. It goes out long before the right earbud. Very disappointed.

To get the best performance from your earbuds, please ensure you're using the included USB cable and a Samsung-approved wall adapter (sold separately). Also, it’s a good idea to check that the charging contacts inside the case and on the earbuds are clean and free of any debris. Taking a moment to inspect the case, earbuds, and charger for any damage can also make a difference. Samsung products are covered by a 12-month limited warranty against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. You also have the option to purchase additional coverage with Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. Wish these were better

First off I wanted to say, I really wanted to like these. I pre-ordered this when it was announced. After using it on and off for about over a year. The audio is very poor in some cases. I have no idea why, but sometimes depending on the video/audio I listen to, it'll either be normal sounding to crazy loud and I played around with the audio settings as well. I sent them in to Samsung and they supposedly fixed the issue but it still occurs. The Samsung buds fe I own don't have this issue so it can't just be me. Overall I would skip these.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.
