Buds do not fit the ear

I bought the Buds3 and I was looking forward to it fitting because the Galaxy Live Buds fit (unfortunately lost one and couldn't be replaced). These do not fit in the ear. Within minutes of wearing it, the buds start to slip off. I tried looking online for hacks on making it fit but they don't work.

It's awesome to see that you’ve been a fan of the Galaxy Buds lineup, and we understand how important a comfortable and secure fit is for a positive listening experience. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, meaning they don’t have earbud tips like canal-type buds. To get started, simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks; you will see an “L” for the left bud and an “R” for the right bud. Insert the “R” bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you, and the “L” bud into your left ear with the “L” facing you. To ensure optimal placement, slightly angle the bud so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable and secure. Learning to enjoy the buds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased my Buds 3 and I like the appearance and battery life. However, I am still trying to get used to fitting them in my ears. It is very easy for them to fall out if I move my head a certain way. Otherwise, the seamless connections across devices is very convenient and are appreciated.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This device has seamless Actions Across Apps, the audio quality is to die for, the features on the side of the right ear buds has way more than the buds 2, lightweight, better shape to stay in the ear with movement, comes in several colors, Easy to setup, and comes with a fast charger making them charge in half of the time of the Buds 2 pro.

These ear Buds a simply amazing. They are easy to use and have many features. Very user friendly! I love the option to speak and tell it to answer calls. The sound quality is top tier! The design is sleek and stylish. When people ask me "what kind of earbuds are those". I tell them Galaxy buds 3, you better get you some!!!!! I have a long relationship with Samsung and will continue to do so. Thanks for making amazing products!!!

You can adjust the buds by rotating them forward and backward until the fit feels right. If your Galaxy Buds go missing, you can easily locate them using SmartThings Find or Samsung Find. Both services let you narrow down your buds’ location on a map, enable a ringing sound, and receive notifications when they’ve been found.
