I ordered a pair and I wore them the first time and I went to charge them and it said moisture or debris in the case, I sent them back because the left one would not charge at all. And then I got the new pair and wore them the first time, and I didn't have a problem with the right one, but it did say moisture or debris in the Case. So if you don't let them set and dry out, really good after you wear them when you're sweating, then they have moisture in them, and it causes problems. This seems to be a problem because then you cannot use them back-to-back after you charge because you have to wait a while before you can charge. Definitely an inconvenience. I've always like Samsung headphones because they fit good in your ear and they don't use the rubber. I've seen the pros have the rubber, so I did not buy them. It rubber hurts my ears and seems to push air in and put pressure on my eardrum, and it's irritating.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Finding the right earbuds can be a personal journey, and we recognize that comfort is key to enjoying the audio experience fully. To ensure a proper fit for your earbuds, first check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks, identifying "L" for the left bud and "R" for the right bud. Insert the right earbud (with the "R" facing you) into your right ear and the left earbud (with the "L" facing you) into your left ear. Angle the microphone on the bottom of the earbud slightly so it points toward your mouth rather than straight down. Finally, adjust the earbuds by rotating them forward or backward until they feel comfortable. While the Buds3 Pro offers some advanced features, we believe the Buds3 still deliver exceptional audio quality and convenience. It looks like you may be having some challenges trying to keep your buds in your ears. We understand that the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down. Too Big For Ears - but - Great Sound
