The noise canceling feature allows me to drown out the outside noise and focus on my work outs. The best part is Galaxy Ai monitors my listening habits and always know what music I love to hear.

The sound is nice and I've dropped them in liquids a cohple od times by accident and they still work wonderfully. I still have and love my buds+ and pro2!

I liked these from thr start but I dont understand if these are waterproof or not, but anyway. One earbud is louder than the other and it is super frustrating

We appreciate your candid feedback on the Galaxy Buds3! It's great to know that you liked your buds from the start. The Buds3 comes with a water-resistance classification of 10ATM, allowing exposure to up to 100 meters of water for a maximum of 10 minutes, and it has an IP68 rating, which means it can withstand being submerged in up to 6 feet of water for up to 30 minutes. Please remember to rinse off any residue and dry the buds after they get wet. If you're xpericing no or low volume and poor sound quality on one or both buds, there may be a couplof e reasons why. You might be wearing the earbuds incorrectly, or the buds could have accumulated dust or debris. Additionally, the audio quality could be affected by outdated software, a low battery, and several other things. The ear buds volume and outside noise cancelation is amazing. The sound quality is unmatched. The only problem with the buds is it does not stay in the ear with readjusting. The al galaxy takes these buds to the same level as the pros
