This is my first pair of buds this style. My honest opinion after daily use for a solid 3 weeks is; Sound quality is better than good but not fantastic. I listen to a mix of 90s grunge, metal , 2000s rock hip-hop ,dance, pop, country, and occasional 50s and 60s music. I also listen to alot of podcasts. I consider this a pretty good mix. I haven't found anything that App presets can make sound pretty good, and with some tweaking I am able to get most of the sounds I want. The Bass is strong and everything can be made to sound clear and crisp. Now I want to talk about the fit. Standard users far as sitting, walking, chewing, doing odd jobs around the house they stay in my ears and don't fall out. However they very quickly loosen up and the sound quality takes a dip. I wish there was a way to hold them in place a bit better. This is not a deal breaker, just an inconvenience. Finally to leave on a positive note! I love the controls. They aren't too sensitive and are incredibly responsive. This has not been my experience with any buds in the past. When you need to just make an adjustment to these you're not skipping songs or stopping or turning the volume all the way up or down. When you do want to do those things the controls just work!
I have all 3 versions, buds3 doesn't sit well in ear, would not recommend. 3Pro is better and 3fe 2nd best.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, SPat. We appreciate your feedback as we continue to make changes and improvements. We noticed that you have found the fit less than ideal. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they do not use traditional earbud tips that can create a snug fit. To get the best experience, we recommend trying this method: place the buds in your ears and check the directional marks on the bottom, where there is an “L” for left and an “R” for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the “R” facing you and the L bud into your left ear with the “L” facing you. You will want to angle the bud slightly so that the microphone at the bottom points towards your mouth. This might require some adjustment, so feel free to rotate the buds forwards and backwards until you find a fit that feels comfortable for you. We are glad to see that you had a better experience with the Galaxy Buds3 Pro but we strive to provide a great experience with all our devices. Your insights are valuable to us, and we are here to help you enjoy your experience. Love the features but they won't stay in my ears. Maybe I should have gotten the pros.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Ajay! We see that you reached out to Exoress with concerns about the buds not staying in your ears, but we are here to help! We designed these buds as open-type buds for a comfortable and natural listening experience. Since they don’t have earbud tips, they provide a more breathable fit, allowing you to enjoy your audio for longer periods without discomfort. To get the best sound quality, simply place the earbuds in your ears, paying attention to the directional marks—L for left and R for right. Positioning them correctly is crucial for optimal performance, so make sure the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth for clearer calls. Don't hesitate to rotate the buds slightly until they feel just right for you. We appreciate your feedback and hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3! Great design. It keeps fall off and does not proper stay in the ears. Unless you have to jammed it in.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Kuci! We always appreciate hearing from our valued customers. As you mentioned, getting started is all about proper placement. The L and R markings on the bottom of each bud help you easily identify which one goes in which ear. When inserting them, make sure the R faces you in your right ear and the L in your left ear. This orientation is crucial for optimal sound and performance. For the best audio experience, angle the blade slightly to ensure the microphone points towards your mouth. This way, you’ll enjoy clear conversations and great sound quality. And don’t forget, you can adjust the fit by gently rotating the buds back and forth until they feel just right. If you have any further questions or want tips on maximizing your experience with them, feel free to reach out to us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was excited to upgrade to the Bud 3s. When I saw the shiny gray color, it made me make the jump from my white Bud FEs. When I put them in my ears, I loved the sound. But quickly noticed that they moved alot. And slowly began to fall out of my ear. I looked at the video to make sure I was wearing them the right way. I was. But they always fall out of my ears. They aren't secure at all. I'm mad because I actually like how they sound. And when I try to adjust them during a call, it hangs up on people. That's annoying.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Vic. We love to see that the shiny gray color and sound quality have impressed you. However, we understand how frustrating it can be when the earbuds don’t fit securely and unintentionally disrupt your calls. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-type earbuds designed for a lightweight and natural feel. To ensure they stay securely in place, it’s important to wear them properly. Check for the directional markings (L for the left earbud and R for the right earbud), and make sure each bud is placed in the correct ear. Angle the earbuds slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, and gently rotate them forward or backward until they feel more stable. These adjustments can significantly improve the fit and prevent them from moving or falling out. Regarding the pinch controls, accidental touches can occur during adjustments. To minimize this, we recommend adjusting the buds from the top and avoid using the stems to adjust them. It's great to hear from you, Frank. Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. We understand how important a secure fit and excellent sound quality are to your overall listening experience, and we appreciate your feedback. The Galaxy Buds3 are open-style earbuds designed for a lightweight, comfortable fit and a natural sound experience. Ensuring they are worn correctly can make a big difference in both stability and sound performance. To help with fit, check the directional marks (L and R) on the earbuds. Place the "R" earbud in your right ear and the "L" earbud in your left ear. Angle them slightly so the microphone points toward your mouth, and gently rotate them until they feel stable in your ears. In terms of sound quality, the Galaxy Buds3 are equipped with enhanced audio technology to deliver a balanced and rich listening experience. If you’d like to further customize the sound to your preferences, you can explore the Galaxy Wearable app. The app includes an equalizer feature where you can adjust settings to suit your preference.
