To wear them correctly, check the directional marks (L and R) on the earbuds and insert them with the marks facing you. Angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth. Adjusting them by rotating forwards or backwards can also help achieve a more secure fit. The Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types. To help you achieve that optimal fit, make sure you’re placing the buds correctly—check for the directional marks on the bottom: 'L' for your left ear and 'R' for your right ear. We recommend inserting the R bud into your right ear with the 'R' facing you, and the L bud in your left ear similarly. Once they’re in, try angling the blade slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth rather than straight down. This adjustment can significantly enhance your experience! Additionally, we suggest rotating the buds forwards and backwards until you find that sweet spot that feels just right. We appreciate your feedback and hope to hear more from you in the future. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, which means they don't come with ear tips. To begin, simply place the buds in your ears. Look for the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds; you will see an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. For the best fit, angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth instead of straight down. You can adjust the position of the buds by rotating them forward and backward until they feel comfortable.
