Best Buds so far

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was really impressed with the clarity of the microphone. I was listening to music and vacuuming as well as talking to my girl using the buds. Naturally, I started speaking a little louder because of all the noise but to my surprise it was not necessary. My girl actually asked why I was speaking louder. Turns out the microphone was so clear that she could not hear the vacuum & music, just me talking.

We appreciate your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Paola. It's always important for us to get feedback from our customers. We see that you may be having some trouble getting the right fit. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal type, which means they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place the buds in your ears and check the bottom of each earbud for directional marks. You will see an "L" for the left bud and an "R" for the right bud. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Slightly angle the earbuds so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth instead of straight down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the buds forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable. We hope that this helps you achieve a better fit with your buds. The best no ear tips earbuds

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I wanted to have some buds with no ear tips ñ, and then these where released.
I just love how confortable they are.
They sound amazing, sound quality it's just great, and you can make them sound better with some EQ.
The preset EQ's are not bad too.
Battery it's just fine for me, they last me between 2 to 3 days depending of my use with a single charge.
They are my daily drivers since I got them ok Christmas.
No regrets with this amazing earbuds.

If one earbud isn’t working, try checking the battery level using the Galaxy Wearable app. Ensure the charging case has enough charge, and place the earbud in the case until the red light appears, indicating it’s charging correctly. If the light doesn’t turn red, remove and reinsert the earbud until it does. Once the light turns green, it will be fully charged and ready for use. Samsung products are covered against manufacturing defects in material and workmanship by a limited 12-month warranty. Additionally, we offer Samsung Care+ for eligible devices, which provides extended protection and extra support. You can enroll eligible mobile devices on Samsung.com at the time of purchase, or within 60 days of purchase at samsungcareplus.com. If it still doesn’t function as expected, Samsung Support can assist with troubleshooting or repairs to ensure the best experience.
