[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought the buds for today look and because I have the galaxy buds plus and love them. After buying I am mixed. I love the look and the fast charging, but kind of ends there. The buds don't have a secure fit and fall out when doing activities. The area with the speakers easily collect dirt and grime so it changes the quality of the sound.

Samsung provides a 12-month warranty on our products for manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, linked below. Wearing your Galaxy Buds3 improperly can cause discomfort, sound leaks, and makes them more likely to fall out. As you know, the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. All you have to do to get started is simply place them in your ears.
1. Check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks. You will see an L and an R.
2. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you.
3. Insert the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you.
4. Angle the blade slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing towards your mouth rather than straight down.
5. You can adjust the buds by rotating them forwards and backwards until the fit feels right.

Sounds great, build not so great

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound quality and controls are amazing. I'm coming from the first gen buds, though, and the build quality of the buds3 feels a bit lackluster. Both the case and buds themselves don't feel like they'd stand up to the abuse I gave the first gen buds. Also they don't sit in my ears that great, and them being so light weight means they easily fall out while I'm moving around. Would still suggest based on sound quality, but say maybe gone with the pro3 if you're going to be active with them, since they have the ear tips.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I love my buds. I use them every day from literally morning to night. I pretty much don't even just answer with my phone alone anymore. More specifically because they pair so well with the Samsung Galaxy s25 ultra that I have. Making for completely seamless action across all apps and full adapting to every need that I have. I like the pinch feature as well as the volume control on the side of the buds too!
