Can't handle sweat!

One bud died from sweat, warranty refuses to cover "liquid damage". Sweat is the only water they've ever been around. Complete fail for athletic earbuds.

The sound and clarity is all great as usual but the fit is terrible. I can't chew while it's in my ears as it falls off in some time. It's never secure since there is no silicon ear tip. I wonder where is the design research team doing their job.

To enhance your comfort and fit, remember that the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they don’t come with earbud tips. To begin, place them in your ears while checking the directional marks on the bottom—look for the ‘L’ and ‘R’. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the L facing you. For optimal performance, angle the bud slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth instead of straight down. I really enjoy the quality, the feel, & the aesthetic of the headphones. However, the fit is really not good. I have relatively normal ear size but yet, I still have trouble keeping these in my ear. It was really bad to the point where I contemplated returning them. I really hope something can be done about that because other than the fit, these are great headphones.

Horribly made as they do not stay in your ears at all. I had to buy ear hooks and loops to try & keep them in. Might be best to buy the pro version instead of these.

We hate to see that you've had a hard time getting these buds to fit right. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, which means they don’t have ear tips like some of our other buds. To get started, simply place them in your ears, ensuring that you check the bottom of each earbud for directional markings—the "R" for the right ear and the "L" for the left ear. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. It’s helpful to angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points toward your mouth rather than straight down, and you can adjust them by rotating them forward and backward until they feel comfortable.
