Maybe you need to improve the design of how the earbuds fit into the case. I find it difficult to place them back, especially in low-light conditions. It’s not easy to align them properly with the case. Auto connect is good though.

Sleek design and integration with galaxy devices

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] To be precise the left earbud stopped working and I don't know why I have tried many things to fix it but nothing seems to work but overall I can still hear a little bit of music coming out the earbud but even tho it's at max volume I can beraly hear it but on the rigth earbud it's amazing👏 I can hear the music well and I the things u can do with the earbuds are amazing like the music commands are really useful for me when I can touch my erabud cause I am working,etc and it's overall really good, it's just the left erabud that stopped working.
