To prepare for a better connection, avoid charging the earbuds using a computer to prevent slow charging. It's also a good idea to keep the earbuds and connected device away from Wi-Fi routers or microwaves to reduce interference. For fixing connection issues, try restarting the earbuds by placing them in the charging case, closing the lid, and waiting for about 7 seconds before reconnecting. Additionally, charge the earbuds for at least 30 minutes using a Samsung-approved charger and ensure the charging contacts are clean. To help with the fit, the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, so they do not have earbud tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks—you will see an L and an R.
