Bought them a few months back and they suck. Battery life is much less than advertised, the ear buds don't charge in the case 80% of the time , the ear buds silicone sucks. Ambient sounds sucks , it gets loud power tools and amplifies it in my ear. DONT BUY

Hey James! We appreciate your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. While it's disappointing to hear about your challenges with the battery life, we'd love to highlight some of the positive features that many users enjoy. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed to keep up with your active lifestyle, featuring a robust battery that offers impressive playtime. With up to 6 hours of playback time with Active Noise Cancellation off, and up to 5 hours with it on, these earbuds ensure that your music keeps playing. The included charging case extends this to up to 30 hours of total playtime, so you can enjoy your tunes all day long without worrying about frequent recharging. To conserve battery power on your earbuds and ensure they last when you need them most, consider implementing a few adjustments. First, when you are not using the earbuds, store them in the charging case with the cover closed. This helps maintain their charge. Additionally, you can adjust the notification settings using the Galaxy Wearable app on your connected phone. If you're using an iOS device, simply modify the notification settings in the Galaxy Buds app. These small changes can significantly extend the lifespan of your earbuds' battery. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts. Great sound not a good fit

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Sound is excellent but they do not stay in my ears well. I have smaller ears and it makes it more difficult to find a good fit. Like the sound better but have to have earbuds that go over ear and rest on outside of ear.
Not comfortable at all. My husband tried them as well as my teenage son.. all 3 of us can agree that they don't fit right and fall out easily. The Pro's are better.
No, I would not recommend this to a friend.

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Brooke! It’s fantastic to hear that your family gave them a try as well. Exploring new tech together can be a lot of fun for everyone involved. We understand that getting the right fit can take some adjustment since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds. They don’t have ear tips like some other models such as the Pro version, which might feel different if you’re used to canal-type earbuds. To get started, we recommend inserting the R bud into your right ear and the L bud into your left ear, making sure the letters are facing you. For optimal performance, we suggest angling the blade slightly so that the microphone points towards your mouth instead of straight down. If they feel a bit loose, adjusting them by rotating them forwards and backwards can help everyone find that perfect fit. Since everyone's ears are unique, this little adjustment can really enhance comfort and sound quality. Once agian, we appreciate your honest feedback. They keep falling right off when trying to use pinch or volume controls. Sound is good but they do not have a good seal due to the one size. I got these with the s25 but would rather use my pro earbuds instead.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Sal! We appreciate your feedback and are glad to hear about your experience with these innovative buds. As you stated, the Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds which means they prioritize comfort and ease of use without the need for earbud tips. To get started, make sure to check the bottom of each earbud for the directional marks specifically the L and R. Placing the R bud in your right ear with the R facing you and the L bud in your left ear with the L facing you is key to achieving the best fit. For optimal sound quality, be sure to angle the microphone on the bottom slightly towards your mouth rather than straight down. This positioning can enhance your call and voice assistant experiences. If you're finding the fit isn’t just right, feel free to rotate them forwards and backwards until they feel comfortable for you. We truly hope these tips help you enjoy your Galaxy Buds3 to the fullest. I can't stop the video I'm listening to by clicking on the headset. The video stops when I hold the headset using all my fingers. This is a very difficult design. How did you even think of this? Very, very bad...

Thank you for sharing your feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Yunus. We understand the importance of having an intuitive and user-friendly design. To help improve your experience with the touch controls, here are a few tips to help you get started. The Galaxy Buds3 utilizes a pinch gesture for media controls, including play and pause. Pinch the designated area gently to ensure the action is registered. Avoid using sharp objects or applying excessive force. If you find the pinch control challenging, you can customize the touchpad commands using the Galaxy Wearable app. This allows you to assign functions that suit your preferences. For more detailed guidance, you can refer to our touchpad commands guide in the link attached. If you need further assistance or have additional questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at Samsung Support. -Kelvin https://www.samsung.com/us/support/answer/ANS10001318/ smsng.us/Samsung-Support smsng.us/Facebook-Messenger smsng.us/X-Messages smsng.us/Samsung-Community smsng.us/Warranty-Info smsng.us/Samsung-Care-Plus
