Good sound, bad ANC(none) even when fit properly

These fit me ( I hear not everyone though) They are very comfortable and don't put heavy pressure anywhere in my ears so i can wear them for a long time. They sound great. The voice controls are a cool and useful feature, you can basically whisper to it and it will pick it up.
The bad. ANC is basically non existent. I've tried everything and multiple environments. Even tested using a stable droning sound like a fan. I literally cannot tell the difference between ANC on and off.
Slightly turning the buds in my ear gets a slightly tighter seal. Even with a tight seal I cannot tell ANY difference. The seal in my ear by the slight twist does much more to block sounds than ANC. It simply does nothing. Yes I've tested all permutations.. seal or no seal, ANC is a fake button. The old galaxy buds live beans had better ANC.
Conclusion- they are nice and sound good. They have no ANC.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These buds are great as far as sound quality goes. Calls are crystal clear and listening to music is perfect. The 2 stars were given because the buds DO NOT stay in the ear...no matter what. I'm washing dishes and they fall into the dish water or I'm cooking and they fall out onto the stove top. That being said they seem to be indestructible. Would better if they stayed in ear.

The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal types, which is a unique feature. This design not only offers a comfortable fit for extended wear but also allows you to stay aware of your surroundings, making them perfect for casual listening or while on the go. To get started with your Buds3, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom for the directional marks. You’ll spot an “L” for left and an “R” for right. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the R facing you and do the same for the L bud in your left ear. A little tip: angle the microphone feature slightly so that it points towards your mouth. This enhances voice clarity during calls and ensures you're heard loud and clear. Adjusting the buds is easy too. You can rotate them forwards or backwards until they feel just right for you. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These earbuds sound phenomenal and are quite stylish. The longevity of the battery life works well around my day-to-day schedule. I do enjoy the seamless actions across apps when using the touch controls. Tip for anybody struggling to use the touch controls: I cushion the earbud with my middle finger on the cheek facing side, my index finger on the top, and my thumb does the touch motions on the side facing back. Despite what many reviews say, they fit comfortably in my ears. The wearables app has many customizable settings that can really change up the sound to one's preference. Indeed, these earbuds are just what I needed!
