They are awesome but...

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Samsung Galaxy Buds 3 appear to be a strong contender in the wireless earbud market. They offer a well-rounded package with improved sound quality, enhanced comfort, and increased durability. But even so, it's not perfect for me. Sadly it hurts my heart after just having them on for 20min and it's a really sharp pain. I've had this problem since the first buds pro. Maybe it's the way I put them on or maybe the shape of my ears that brings me the pain

We're thrilled to see that you enjoy the well-rounded package and improved sound quality. We noted your comments about the buds feeling uncomfortable after some time. This may be due to the way you are wearing them. The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds rather than canal-type buds, so they do not have ear tips. To get started, simply place them in your ears and check the bottom of the earbuds for directional markers; you will see an L and an R. Insert the right bud (R) into your right ear with the R facing you, and the left bud (L) into your left ear with the L facing you. Angle the buds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom points towards your mouth rather than straight down. You can adjust the fit by rotating the buds forward and backward until it feels comfortable. We hope that this helps you achieve a better fit with your Buds3. Horrible made they don't stay in my ears they kept falling and they are not comfortable at all so yourself a favor don't buy it.

Great sound and potential

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really enjoy how these earbuds look and feel. It just feels like a well designed item. While it's obvious where they got their inspiration from, it's also arguably a better design. One thing I'm not a fan of is how they don't fit super well. For everyday use walking around the house or listening at your desk they are perfect but if your intention is to work out or run, I'd avoid these. The smooth finish doesn't make for a snug fit.

Decent Buds, but definitely not an upgrade.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I really wanted to give these buds a try. I had the Buds2 Pro and thought I would be looking towards an upgrade. I thought the features like seamless connections between two devices would be an awesome upgrade. Unfortunately that was not the case.
They went to the new stem style earbuds which simply don't fit in everybody's ears. I tried them for a few days and I could hear everything around me along with the music which I don't like. The active noise canceling did not work out very well as it didn't cancel anything out. There's just no real good seal to keep out other sounds.
I know some people who love their stem buds like that but they simply do not work for me. If you're looking for isolated sound or just trying to get a better sound in a noisy area these are not for you. If you have the 2s Do not upgrade.
