We understand that you've experienced some difficulty in getting the buds to fit comfortably in your ears, and we’re here to help! The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type buds, which means they don’t have ear tips like traditional canal-type earbuds. To get the best fit, we recommend starting by placing the buds in your ears according to the directional marks—you’ll find an "R" for the right bud and an "L" for the left. Insert the R bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you, and the L bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. It can also help to angle the microphone on the bottom of the bud towards your mouth rather than letting it hang straight down. Adjusting the fit by rotating the buds forwards or backwards can make a significant difference until they feel just right.
