Don't fit and 'pinch' controls are so awkward

I can't comment on sound quality because I cannot enjoy these long enough to tell. Even if I'm sitting perfectly still and not trying to clean or any other activities I would use earbuds for, these fall out or come loose enough and trigger the sensor to think I took them out. I can only listen to maybe 5minutes if an audio book at a time. I've read the guides. I've read all the guides, but the design is just terrible. They fall right out. I miss the wing tips. They were fool proof and comfortable. And the "pinch" controls might be worse than then falling out. The way you have to grab the stem to 'click' them back on after they fall out and pause audio is so aggressive. My ears feel bruised. I don't even want to wear them anymore. What was so wrong with the tap controls? They were so nice. I have never been this disappointed in a Samsung product. What happened here?

While the Galaxy Buds3 come with a design that doesn't include ear tips, we recommend trying different angles and positions to secure them better in your ears. It can take a little adjustment to find the perfect fit that works best for you. To get started, check the bottom of the earbuds for directional marks indicating "L" for left and "R" for right. Insert the "R" bud into your right ear with the "R" facing you and the "L" bud into your left ear with the "L" facing you. Angle the microphone on the bottom slightly towards your mouth, rather than pointing straight down, and adjust the buds by rotating them until the fit feels right. Regarding the touch and pinch controls, we realize that transitioning from tap controls might take some time, but we designed these controls to provide more intuitive interaction. The Samsung Buds3 Silver feature a modern and sleek design with a metallic finish that gives them a premium look. However, in my experience, the fit is not the most comfortable. Despite trying different positions, the earbuds do not stay securely in my ears and tend to fall out with movement, making them impractical for daily use, especially while walking or exercising.
Unlike other models with interchangeable silicone ear tips, these have a rigid open-fit design, which may not be ideal for all ear types. In my case, the lack of a secure fit affected the overall experience, making them unreliable for activities that involve movement.

I wanted to give these a 4-star rating because I love Samsung products, but if I'm not honest in my reviews, I'll be doing both them and myself a disservice. The sound quality is good, and I also like the controls on the headset. However, they do not stay in my ear. At first, I thought I was doing something wrong, but no matter what I do, they won't stay in. They've dropped on the bus, in the elevator, and while walking down the street. They just don't feel secure. I only use them around the house because I'm afraid to lose them. I am giving them 3 stars because I believe in the quality overall, it's just the fit for me.

Poor fit poor design

Bought these a few months ago and I've had them fall out on trains planes busses I've had them fall out on loading docks. The tracking app is useless. And even with keeping my ears clean the audio is now trash. There's no way to open them up and clean them they require to send them in to get cleaned but that costs additional money that's not worth spending on these. Hands down the worst Samsung device I've bought.

Good product. 1 or 2 drawbacks

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This product is great for music listening and talking on the phone. I did find the case not wanting to charge due to the new design similar to airport, it seems more can get stuck in the case as it isn't as shallow.
2. I did have support issues with Samsung that have since been rectified but initially I was having Bluetooth issues.
Now everything is fixed and I love my buds.
