they connect well . The issue I have is they are a bit too large for my ears. I like that they do not have the silicone part as those won't stay in my ears and make them itch. So if these could be slightly smaller they'd be great. My son who is larger than myself also found them to be too large.

Terrible Fit

First off the sound quality is really good, but because off the buds keep coming off of my ears I would not recommend; get the pro instead if you are anxious about the same reason. All the features are amazing but again it is so annoying when your buds keep coming off, especially at the gym.

Thank you for your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3, Alex! We’re glad to see you’re enjoying the sound quality. We noted your concerns with the fit, especially during workouts. Since the Galaxy Buds3 are open-type buds, they don't have ear tips, which can give them a different feel compared to traditional earbuds. For the best fit, please check the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds; you’ll see an “L” for the left ear and an “R” for the right. When you place them in your ears, angle them slightly so the microphone is pointing towards your mouth. You can also try adjusting them by rotating them forward or backward until you find the snug fit that works for you. Your comfort is important to us, and we hope you find the perfect fit to enhance your listening experience! These ear buds hurt to wear. If they shift at all you can't hear and they fall out easily. Really regret getting these.

The Galaxy Buds3 are designed as open-type earbuds, which means they don’t include traditional ear tips. This design is intended to provide a comfortable fit while allowing some ambient sound in. To get the most out of them, make sure to check the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds: ‘L’ for the left and ‘R’ for the right. Everything about these headphones are really good, but I personally don't like them because they don't fit in my ear well and they constantly fall out. Bought my husband the bud3 pros and those ones fit in my air perfectly.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Saucedo. The Buds3 provides an exceptional audio experience. Whether you're making phone calls or listening to a new playlist during your morning workout, the Samsung Seamless Codec ensures high-quality streaming across devices, supporting audio up to 24-bit/96kHz. We noted your concerns about the fit. Since the Buds3 are open-type earbuds, they don’t have traditional tips like canal-type buds, which can take a bit of adjustment for some users. To ensure the best fit, we recommend checking the directional marks at the bottom of the earbuds. Make sure to insert the R bud into your right ear and the L bud into your left ear, with the respective letters facing you. You can also rotate the earbuds slightly until they feel comfortable. Adjusting the angle so that the microphone is pointing toward your mouth can enhance your listening experience as well. We hope that these tips help enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3. Great Quality

Overall good headphones. Great sound quality, extremely easy to set up (it basically does it for you), and long battery life. My only issue is that it always falls out of my ear with any little movement. To be fair, i have a hard time finding headphones that arent overhead to fit and stay in my ears. I need the flat earbuds and i dont think those are made in that shape anymore.

Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3 Pro, Terri! We're glad to hear you appreciate their great sound quality, easy setup, and long battery life! The Galaxy Buds3 provides up to 24 hours of playtime per charge, which can be extended to up to 30 hours with a fully charged case. Regarding the fit, we understand that finding the perfect fit is essential to your overall experience. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the Galaxy Buds3, Brenda! We always appreciate feedback from our valued customers. It is important to wear your earbuds correctly for several reasons. You will enjoy better sound quality, have a more comfortable fit, and reduce the likelihood of them falling out. Wearing them improperly can lead to discomfort, sound leaks, and an increased chance of them falling out. The open-type design of the Buds3 offers a unique listening experience, allowing you to stay aware of your surroundings while enjoying your favorite music and videos. For the best fit, simply look for the directional marks on the bottom of the earbuds. Make sure to place the R bud in your right ear and the L bud in your left ear, positioning the R facing you in your right ear. After inserting them, try adjusting the angle slightly—the microphone should point toward your mouth for optimal sound quality. Rotating the buds forward or backward can also help achieve a comfortable fit. We hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3! You can't clean them so they're useless a month in

They start off amazing but there is a terrible design error... there is NO WAY TO CLEAN THEM. Unlike other buds that have a shield or removable catch for earwax, the ear wax just travels into the very fine holes that eventually clog and a qtip does nothing but push it further in as well as any other cloth so they become basically useless once there is enough wax (a very small amout BTW. Like microscopic and I've had them a month and a half and can hardly hear out of my left side due to blockage that isn't clean-able. Saddest purchase ever. Don't buy!

Thank you for sharing your experience with the Galaxy Buds3, Tae. We noted your concerns regarding trying to keep your buds clean. To maintain optimal performance, we recommend using a cotton swab and a dry brush to gently remove debris and foreign materials from the earbuds and wingtips. Wiping the mesh part of each earbud receiver with a soft, dry cloth can eliminate dust, earwax, or oil buildup. It's important to avoid harsh tools like metal or wire brushes, as they may damage the earbuds. Additionally, ensuring the charging contacts and sensors on both earbuds, as well as the contacts inside the charging case, are clean can enhance their functionality. Regularly wiping the earbud blades with a dry, soft cloth can also help prevent any interference with touch commands. We truly appreciate your feedback, and we hope these tips enhance your experience with the Galaxy Buds3! Love the earbuds. Everything about them is great. The only thing is the shape of the play/pause. It is difficult to press due to it being a triangle. Other than that there is no issues. Highly recommend.

Thanks for taking the time to share your honest feedback on the Galaxy Buds3. It's great to see that you love your buds! We aim to provide our customers with the best devices in the market. We noted your comment about the triangular shape of the play/pause button, which can be difficult for some to get used to. To adjust the volume, simply swipe up or down on the Blade. Additionally, you can use pinch control to play or pause music or hold it to change noise cancellation settings and launch apps. To learn more about the new pinch controls, check out the link attached. Once again, we appreciate your feedback as we continue to make improvements.
