We understand that finding the right fit can be challenging for some users, especially since these are open-type buds designed for comfort and ease of use rather than canal types. To help you get the best experience, make sure you are inserting the earbuds correctly. Check the bottom for the directional marks; there is an "L" for the left earbud and an "R" for the right. Start by placing the right earbud, with the "R" facing you, in your right ear and then insert the left earbud, with the "L" facing you, into your left ear. It is also helpful to angle the earbuds slightly so that the microphone on the bottom is pointing toward your mouth, which improves sound quality during calls. You can adjust the fit by rotating the earbuds forward or backward until they feel just right.
