Poor fit to stay in your ear

I bought the earbud 3, not the pro, a couple of months ago and I have struggled to keep them in my ears. These earbuds fail to stay in my ears, especially if I move or walk any at all. The only thing I use these for now is to watch TV when my wife needs the house quiet. I wouldn't recommend these earbuds to anyone.
I have been a long time Samsung customer and been very loyal to Samsung because they have made great products and stand behind them, but these earbuds might be the product that makes me look at a different company for my tech needs.

Does not fit well

The buds look sleek. Sound comes out big and nice. The biggest drawback for me is it does not fit well. I was running fast on the treadmill when it flew off my ear. I had to embarrassingly stop running to crouch on the gym floor to look for my buds. It flew underneath the treadmill behind me. I'm not running with these again. I am planning to give them away.

Fall out. Doesn't stay in the ear.

I purchased a pair of these, Buds3 for work and the Buds3Pro for personal use at hold. Should have bought two pairs of the Pro's. These are horrible. They don't stay in my ears. They fall out all the time. Tried everything, watched the videos, followed the instructions with no success. Wasted my money on t⁸hese for sure, so don't you do it. Get the Pro's, SO worth it. Could never us these playing sports. Very unhappy and not satisfied with this purchase. Big mistake.

Need light on when taking calls. Please!!!

I just bought these and I like them. I however understood that the lights on the side would be customizable. I figured I could turn it on and off while taking a call. This way people know I am on a call. What is the point of the lights if this is not the case. My guess is that you are saving that for the next generation or something like that. If so what is the point here. I'm certain you could program that into these. Please update with this customization. I will gladly change to 5 stars.
